stats include what? I weighed 250 in august.. got down to 230 but now I’m at 237.. for diet I’m trying to stay away from cheese and bread.. exercise I was doing great for a few weeks… treadmill for a mile, weights, another mile, and then weights. takes about an hour. since then though, I have like lost all my motivation and it’s a struggle to even get out of bed.
please tell me how worthless i am
